Prerequisites:

• Staff’s Availability Time needs to be set by Event Admin from the backend

• Staff’s Video Meeting link needs to be saved by Event Admin from the backend.

• Staff has to be Online for Users to connect with them via Chat.

Step - 1 : Login and click on Recruiters.

Step - 2 : Select any of the Recruiters Profile.

Step - 3 : Start chatting with any of the Staff but make sure they are Online.

Step - 4 : Staff will receive a Pop-up Message to Start or Decline the Chat.

Step - 5: You can also check for the messages on the notification icon at the top

Step - 7 : You can also connect on video call through the meeting link shared by Staff.
