Email Tools: How to Edit Email Template Settings

What are Email Template Settings?
Email Template Settings refer to settings that will affect all of your email templates. They are also known as "Global Email Settings". The two email template settings you can adjust are the "from" email address & the signature



1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Attendee Engagement, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Email Tools



3. Click the Email Setting button in the upper right corner



4. You can change the "From" email address and signature for every email template. To save your changes click Add, to discard your changes click Cancel
