Form Submission by Attendees

Step 1: Login into the Event Site.





Step 2: Once you logged in, under My Profile you will the Form Menu Items as highlighted below.



Step 3: Click on the Form Menu item and you should be able to see the form. Submit if all fields are filled or you can even Save as Draft to submit it later.




Step 4: The submitted form will show on the form table with its status.You can resume the draft status submissions.



Step 5: You also have the option to to communicate with the reviewer in case any additional info is required. This conversation will be anonymous.
