Nowadays, people generally use Mobile to access everything. Guidebook App provides a way to access everything in your mobile anywhere anytime.
It provides a very user-friendly UI to navigate and browse the conference on Mobile. It helps attendees to keep connected and also increases engagement of attendees in just a few clicks.
Your attendees can do lots of things with the Guidebook App. They can interact with other attendees, browse sessions, explore MAPs, Exhibitor directories etc.

Customer Account - Customers should have a Guidebook Account with at least a “Self Service” Subscription Plan.
EVA Account - Don’t worry if you don’t have a Guidebook Account, EVA also provides its Enterprise level account to manage your Guide for your event.
Login into your Guidebook Builder App and follow the steps.
● Step 1 - Click on your profile picture top right corner to open the drop down menu.
● Step 2 - Click on the option “Manage your account”
● Step 3 - Go to the API Key tab
● Step 4 - Click on the “New Key” button.
● Step 1 - Login into EVA Admin.
● Step 2 - Goto Menu “Integrations”
● Step 3 - Click on the “Setup” button next to the Guidebook Option. Refer to the screenshot 2.3 below.
● Step 4 - In the popup you need to fill the API Key and Guidebook Guide ID. You can get the API Key and Guidebook Guide ID by login into Guidebook App Builder. Please refer to the screenshot 2.4 below.

To get Guidebook APP ID you can follow the below steps.
❖ Step 1 - Login into your Guidebook Builder App.
❖ Step 2 - Select your Guide and goto the Dashboard page of the Guide.
❖ Step 3 - You can pick the Guidebook Guide ID from the URL.
URL - https://builder.guidebook.com/#/guides/198589/
In the above url “198589” is the Guidebook Guide ID. If you have multiple Guides then it will be different for each guide.
After integration steps are done, the different types of entity records get sync to the Guidebook Guide from EVA. Below is the list of record types synced to the Guidebook Guide from EVA Application.
The
data syncing works on every 5-10 minutes interval. In EVA system, it has been
checked if a new record gets created or an existing records have any update
then it is placed in queue to sync to the guidebook respective guide of that
particular event.
● Install the guidebook app in your mobile from Play Store or Apple App Store.
● Create your account on Guidebook Mobile App
It's optional but recommended to see all features.
● Find Guides
On Guidebook Mobile App click on the button "Find guides" --> Click on the button "Have A Passphrase?"

● Click on "Download Guide" button
