1. On the Login Page, click the link labeled Forgot Password

2. Type in the email address you used to create your account, then click the Reset Password button

EVA TIP: After clicking the Reset Password button, you will be taken back to the login page. 

3. Check your email inbox for the Password Reset email. 

EVA TIP: Be sure to check your "Spam" and "Junk" folders!
