How to use the Name Badge Creator

1. From your dashboard, select the "Events" tab at the top of the screen

2. Select the name of your event

3. Click the orange button labeled Name Badge Creator; from here you can create name badges for attendees

4. Select Attendees: use this drop-down menu to select who will receive a name badge. You can select all attendees, or specific attendees by ticket type

5. Sort Attendees: use this drop-down menu to organize attendees by either first name, last name, or email address

6. Badge Style: use this drop-down menu to select the type of name badge, including the size.

7. Badge Customization: from this menu, you can change the margins, add your organization's logo, change font and color along with what is shown on the name badge

EVA Tip: The square on the right side of the page will display a preview of what the name badge will look like

8. Select if you want the name badges to be generated as PDFs or as Word docs, then click Generate Badges
