The Check-In mobile app is designed for use on Apple iOS mobile devices, such as iPhones and iPads and Android devices, to support fast and reliable onsite check-in operations.
The Check-In App is installed on the iOS device.
The device is connected to a stable internet network.
To begin using the Check-In mobile app, users must first log in with valid credentials.
1.1 Open the Check-In mobile app on the device.
1.2 On the login screen, enter the required details:

Enter your account password.
Follow these steps if you need to reset your password:
I. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
II. Enter your registered “email ID”.
III. An OTP will be sent to your email.
IV. Open your email and enter the OTP in the provided field.
V. Set a new password and click Save.
Your password has now been successfully updated.
