Notifications: How to Edit and Delete Notifications
What are Notifications?
A Notification small actionable message alert. It is displayed at the top of the event tech hub homepage.
1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page
EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access
2. On the left column, click on Attendee Engagement, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Notifications
3. You can see all the Notifications you have created here. To edit a Notification, click the green button with the checkbox icon under Action next to the Notification you want to edit.
4. You can edit the following:
Start Date & Time
Duration
Time zone
Message
Link & Link Type
Blinking & Status
Company
5. To save your changes click the Update button. To discard your changes click Cancel
6. To delete a Notification, click the red button with the trashcan icon under Action next to the Notification you want to delete.
