Poster Authors: How to Add Poster Authors

What is a Poster Author?
Poster Authors are the individuals who completed research and compiled their findings into a poster format. Posters can have multiple authors; the person or people who completed most of the research are usually listed as "first authors" or "senior authors". 

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Posters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Authors



3. Click the Add Author button in the upper right portion of the screen. 



4. In the pop-up box that appears, enter the following mandatory information: 
  1. Unique ID
  2. Email Address
  3. Author Role
  4. First & Last Name
  5. Credentials
  6. Organization
  7. Country

5. To save your changes and add the author, click the Add button. To discard your changes click the Close button
