Posters: How to Edit & Delete Posters

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Posters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Posters



3. On this page you can see all of the posters you have created. To edit a poster click the green button with the checkbox icon under Action next to the poster you want to edit. 



4. Under the Poster Details tab, you can edit the following information:
  1. Poster Title
  2. Unique ID
  3. Submission type, category, & topic
You can edit and delete files, and all poster details such as background, abstract, or financial aid disclosure in the spaces provided



5. To upload additional files click the Files tab. Enter the file name, and upload the file



6. To edit any links, click the Links tab. Change the links in the spaces provided



7. To change the authors connected authors to the poster, click the Authors tab. Select the Main Author and Co-Author from the dropdown list provided

8. To save your changes, click the Update button. To discard your changes click the Cancel button. 



9. To delete a poster, click the red button with the trashcan icon under Action next to the poster you want to delete
