PWA Installation Guide

For Android (Chrome, Edge, Brave, etc.)

  1. Open the website in Google Chrome (or any PWA-supported browser).
  2. A "Install App" prompt may appear at the bottom of the screen—click "Install".

●       If the prompt does not appear, continue with the manual steps below.

  1. Tap on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App".
  3. Confirm by clicking "Add".
  4. The app will now appear on your home screen like a native app.

Or You can also look for “Add to Home Screen” option

For iPhone/iPad (Safari)

  1. Open the website in Safari (PWA is not supported in Chrome on iOS).
  2. Tap the Share button (📤) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Customize the name if needed, then tap "Add".
  5. The app will now be on your home screen, and you can open it like any other app.

For Desktop (Chrome, Edge)

  1. Open the website in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click the Install button in the address bar (📌) if it appears.

●       If not, continue with the manual steps.

  1. Open the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Install [App Name]" or "Add to Desktop".
  3. Confirm installation.
  4. The app will now appear in the Start menu or Applications folder.

Additional Notes


✅ To change the PWA icon - Admin need to login in the Mission Control in Tech Hub and follow the highlighted steps in the image below:



Please Note - Every time the PWA icon is changed, PWA needs to be reinstalled for changes to reflect.

✅ On iOS, PWA do not support push notifications or background updates.

✅ Encourage users to restart the browser if they don't see the install option immediately.
