How to create an Event Registrant Report
Step 1: Open Reports App
Click on App Launcher and search for Reports
Click on the Reports that appear in the search results
Step 2: New Reports
Click on the New Report Button
Step 3: Select “Report Type”
Search for “Event with Event Registrant” and choose form the list
If you have created a Custom Report Type then you can select that also.
Step 4: Select “Add Filters”
Click on “Filters”
Click on “Add Filters”
Choose “Event Name”
Enter the Event Name for which you want to pull the report
Step 5: Select “Adding Fields”
Click on “Outline”
Click on “Fields”, it will open the list of all the fields
Search for fields and then drag and drop into the Columns area
Make sure to select the “Event Registrant” object to pull fields correctly.
Drag and drop the fields that you want to be in the report.
Save & Run the Report
Step 6: Save Report
Give a name to your report
Save
Step 6: Export Data
Click on little arrow button besides the Edit button
Click on “Export” option, it will open a popup
Choose “Details Only” and export the data into excel sheet
