How to create an Event Registrant Report

Step 1: Open Reports App

  • Click on App Launcher and search for Reports

  • Click on the Reports that appear in the search results


Step 2: New Reports

  • Click on the New Report Button



Step 3: Select “Report Type”

  • Search for “Event with Event Registrant” and choose form the list

  • If you have created a Custom Report Type then you can select that also.




Step 4: Select “Add Filters”

  • Click on “Filters

  • Click on “Add Filters

  • Choose “Event Name

  • Enter the Event Name for which you want to pull the report




Step 5: Select “Adding Fields”

  • Click on “Outline

  • Click on “Fields”, it will open the list of all the fields

  • Search for fields and then drag and drop into the Columns area



  • Make sure to select the “Event Registrant” object to pull fields correctly.

  • Drag and drop the fields that you want to be in the report.

  • Save & Run the Report




Step 6: Save Report

  • Give a name to your report

  • Save




Step 6: Export Data

  • Click on little arrow button besides the Edit button

  • Click on “Export” option, it will open a popup

  • Choose “Details Only” and export the data into excel sheet
