Service Center: How to Unpublish Speakers' Profiles

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Tools, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Service Center



3. Click the Review Speaker button.



4. On this page you can see all of the speakers that have been reviewed. Click the Speaker Unique ID for the speaker you want to unpublish. 

EVA Tip: You can only unpublish speaker profiles that have been published. To learn how to publish a speaker profile, click here. 


5. You will then see the speaker's profile information including name, headshot, biography, credentials, and other identifying information. To unpublish the speaker's profile, click the Unpublish Speaker button.
