Sessions: How to Edit & Delete Sessions

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Sessions, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Sessions



3. You can see all of the sessions (both in-person & virtual) you have created here. To edit a session click the green button with the checkbox icon under Action next to the session you want to edit.



4.  You can edit every session detail including venue, virtual/in-person, start/end dates, and times.



5. To save your changes, click Update Session. To discard your changes click Cancel



6. To delete a Session, click the red button with the trashcan icon under Action next to the Notification you want to delete.
