Sessions: How to Upload a Pre-Recording and Connect it to a Session

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Sessions, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Sessions


3. Click the Session Recording button on the top portion screen


4. Select the Conference Program Session you want to attach the pre-recording to

EVA Tip: You need to create the Session first before attaching the pre-recorded file. To learn how to create sessions, click here


5. Select your file using the Choose File button and select your video from your computer's files. 



6. After you have chosen the pre-record, click Upload


7. Your file will start uploading. Do NOT refresh the page. 


8. When the pre-recorded file is finished uploading, you will see the confirmation message on the screen
