Supporters List: How to Add Exhibitor Staff Availability Hours

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access

2. In the left column, click on Supporters, then click on Supporters List in the drop-down menu that appears.

3. Find the Supporter you want to add availability hours for and click the green button with the clock icon under the Actions column

4. In the pop-up box that appears select the Exhibitor staff from the drop-down menu

5. Enter the start time, end time, time zone, and meeting type

6. To save your changes and finish, click Add Available Time
