Below are are steps for how to Navigate to Discount feature on Salesforce:
New Ticket - You can create new tickets for the Event.
Ticket Table- All the created ticket details will show on this page.
Event - This will auto populate the event name mentioned on the Event Info. page.
Ticket Name - Enter the name of the ticket you want to create.
Price Type - You can either create a Free or a Paid Type ticket.
Price - For Paid type you can mention the price of the ticket here.
Available Quantity - You can put the available quantity of the tickets.
Max Purchased Quantity - It is the number of tickets which a single registrant can buy.
Item Type - You can either create a Registrant Ticket, Child Ticket or an Add-On.
Parent Item - For a Child Ticket you need to associate it with any Registrant Ticket.
Waitlist Allowed - If you want a waitlist purchase on tickets then tick the checkbox.
Max Waitlist Available Quantity - Put the quantity you want for waitlist ticket purchase.
Waitlist Purchased Quantity - Number of tickets which a single registrant can buy.
Description - Give a short description of the ticket.
Ticket Timings - Select the Start and End date of the ticket along with the it’s timings.
