Supporter Categories: How to Add Supporter Categories
Supporter Categories are labels used to identify and organize supporters or sponsors by level or tier of support. A common example is separating supporters into "gold", "silver", and "bronze" tiers.
1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page
EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access
2. On the left column, click on Supporters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Supporter Categories
3. Click the Create Supporter Category button
4. Select the Supporter Type, and type in the Supporter Category Title
EVA Tip: You have to create your category under an already-created Supporter Type. To learn how to add Supporter Types to your all-in-one platform, click here
5. If applicable, apply the border color and display order.
6. Set the Status to Active and click the green Add to finish creating the Supporter Category
