Supporter Types: How to Add, Delete, and Edit Supporter Types
What are Supporter Types?
Supporter Types are different categories event planners use to differentiate between different types of supporters. Common examples include:
Sponsors
Exhibitors
Volunteers
Donors

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page
EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access
2. On the left column, click on Supporters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Supporter Types
3. Select the green Add Supporter Type button to add a new supporter type
From here type in the Supporter Type Title, what information should be shown (banners, logos, etc.) and how supporters should be listed: either alphabetically or by category
EVA Tip: You can also set the Supporter Type to Active or Inactive from this page, and use the check-boxes to determine which options are available for supporters to use
4. To edit a Supporter Type, select the green button in the left row for the type you want to edit
From here you can change the Supporter Type title, listing options, sorting order, and status. Click Update to save your changes, and Cancel to cancel your changes5. To delete a Supporter Type, click the red trashcan button next to the type you want to delete
