Printer Settings - Badge Printing Configuration Guide

Printer Settings

The Printer Settings section allows you to connect and configure a printer for badge printing or onsite use. You can connect to a printer using either an IP address or Bluetooth, depending on your setup.

Connection Options

There are two ways to connect your printer:

1. Connect via IP Address

This option is recommended for fixed or network-based printers.

1.1 Select Update IP Address.

1.2 Enter the printer’s IP address.

1.3 Tap Connect.

Once the connection is successful, a confirmation message appears: “Successfully connected.

This indicates that the printer is now ready for use.

2. Connect via Bluetooth

This option is ideal for portable or wireless printers.

2.1 Select Connect via Bluetooth.

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

2.2 Choose the printer from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

2.3 Complete the pairing process as prompted.

Once connected, the printer will be ready for printing.
