8. Onsite Preview

The Onsite Preview feature allows administrators to review all frontend configurations before initiating onsite check-in.

8.1 Accessing Onsite Preview

Click Onsite Preview to launch the preview interface.

8.2 Preview Functionality

The Onsite Preview displays a real-time representation of the onsite check-in experience, reflecting all configured changes and additions.

The preview includes:

·       Check-in workflow and screen layout

·       Badge layout and badge field configuration

·       Attendee list display and data fields

·       System messages for attendees

Info
All updates made to event settings, badge design, and attendee configuration are rendered in the preview.

8.3 Usage Guidelines

Use Onsite Preview to validate configurations prior to event day.

  • Confirm badge alignment, attendee data visibility, and messaging accuracy.

  • Ensure the preview matches the intended onsite check-in flow before enabling live check-in.

Onsite Preview is a validation tool and does not modify live attendee data.
Any configuration changes must be saved before they are reflected in the preview.
