Settings

The Settings section lets you personalize the check-in experience, control event behavior, and configure how attendee information is captured and displayed.

To access Settings:

Tap the More option at the bottom of the screen.

Select Settings. 

1. Language

Use this section to customize the messages attendees see during check-in.

Alert
The language is preset to English and cannot be changed. However, users can modify the message text as needed.

 1.1  Tap Language.

1.2  Modify the check-in message as needed.

You can fully customize the following fields:

  1. Message Line 1
  2. Message Line 2
  3. Button Text

These messages appear on the check-in screen and help guide attendees clearly through the process.

2. Theme

This section allows you to brand the app to match your event identity.

2.1 Tap Theme.

        
    Brand Your Event

2.2 Preset Color

        
    Enter a color code to apply your brand color.

2.3 Upload Logo

        
    Upload or replace your event logo at any time.

Changes are applied across the app to maintain a consistent event look and feel.

3. Design Options

Use Design Options to customize the visual background of the app.

3.1 Tap Design Options.

       

3.2 Choose one of the following:

·       Color Code

·       Background Image

                                I.            Tap Background Image.

                              II.            Select and upload an image.

                            III.            Crop and adjust the image as required.

·       Background Color

                                I.            Enter a color code to apply a solid background color.

3.3 Tap Preview to review your changes.

        

3.4 Tap Save to apply the design settings.

4. Event Settings

Event Settings control how attendees are checked in and what actions are available in the app.

4.1 Tap Event Settings.

         

Enable or disable check-in methods by toggling the respective options:

        I.            Check-in with QR Code

      II.            Check-in with Search

    III.            Add Guest Check-in

   IV.            Add New Attendee

5. App Settings (Check-In Mode)

5.1 Choose how check-ins are handled:

        I.            Single Check-In – Allows one-time check-in per attendee

      II.            Multiple Check-In – Allows repeated check-ins

5.2 Toggle to enable the desired option.

6. Badge Printing

6.1 Toggle Badge Print to enable or disable badge printing during check-in.

        

7. Session Check-In Options

7.1 Configure how session check-ins work:

        I.            Single Check-In

      II.            Multiple Check-In – Toggle to enable

    III.            Gate Check-In – Toggle to enable

8. Session Selection

8.1 Select one or more sessions from the Session drop-down list.

Notes
Note: These sessions will be available for session-level check-in.

9. Field Labels

This section lets you define which attendee fields appear and how they behave.

9.1 Tap Field Label.

9.2 Configure fields for:

        I.            Primary Attendee Details

      II.            Guest Details

9.3 Available fields include:

First Name                                             Last Name

Email                                                        Phone

City                                                            Country

9.4 For each field, you can:

        I.            Mark it as Required

      II.            Make it Non-Editable

This ensures you collect only the information you need, in the format you want.
