Attendee View allows administrators to access event information, manage attendees, perform check-ins, and add new attendees or guests.
1.1 Go to the Profile section.
1.2 Tap the Profile icon.
1.3 Select Attendee View.
The Attendee View screen is displayed.
2.1 You can check in attendees using any of the following methods:
a) Search by First Name
b) Search by Last Name
c) Search by Confirmation Number
2.2 Choose the preferred method and complete the check-in in just a few steps.
3.1 You can add and check in a guest directly from Attendee View.
3.2 Tap Add Guest.
3.3 Enter the guest’s details- first name, last name, email address, or organization name.
3.4 Complete the check-in using one of the following:
a) QR Code, or
b) First Name, Last Name, or Confirmation Number

If an attendee is not already registered for the event, you can create a new registration.
4.1 Tap Add New Attendee.
4.2 Select Start Registration.
4.3 Enter the required registration details to proceed.
To locate and verify a guest’s registration, follow these steps:
5.1 Search for an Attendee
You can search for an attendee using one of the following options:
a) Email Address
b) Confirmation Number
5.2 Select the guest record from the search results.
5.3 Tap Send Code to generate a verification code.
5.4 Enter the received verification code and tap Verify.
Once verification is successful, a toast message appears confirming that the guest has been added successfully.
