Attendee List

The Attendee List displays all registered attendees for the selected event.

 

5.1 Each attendee record includes the following details:

  • Confirmation Number

  • Attendee Name

  • Email Address

  • Badge Type

  • Check-In Status

  • Check-In Date

  • Registration Status

This list enables staff to monitor attendee activity and manage onsite check-in efficiently.

5.2 Map Registrant Fields

The Map Registrant Fields option allows administrators to align or map attendee data fields from the registration system to the Check-In App.

Tap on the Map Registrant Fields.

Insert the steps here.

        I.            First name

      II.            Last name

    III.            Email ID

   IV.            Contact no.

     V.            Organization Name

   VI.            Postal Code

 VII.            Street

VIII.            City

    IX.            State

      X.            Country

InfoAccurate display of attendee information.
Helps maintain data consistency across systems.

5.3 Sync Registrants

The Sync Registrants option is a synchronization function.

Click at the Sync Registrants.

  • Fetches newly registered attendees and event details from the backend system.

  • Updates existing attendee and event records with the latest information.

Notes
Recommended to use before peak check-in hours to ensure up-to-date data.

The Search function allows users to quickly locate a specific attendee.

Click at the Search option.

Type the name of the attendee.

You can search using:

  •  Attendee Name including first name and last name

Note: It is mandatory to put first name and last name in the search option.

  • Email Address

  • Confirmation Number

  • Date & Time

This feature is especially useful during high-traffic check-in periods.

5.5 Entries per Page

The Entries per Page option controls how many attendee records are displayed on a single page.

Click at the drop-down menu in front of Entries per page.

Select the number of attendees.

Users can select the preferred number of records to view at once.
Helps improve readability and navigation for large attendee lists.
