Session Scanning- Attendee Verification Guide

Session Scanning

The Session Scanning feature allows administrators and staff to manage attendee check-ins at the session level efficiently.

1. Accessing Session Scanning

1.1 Tap Session Scanning from the bottom navigation bar of the screen.

1.2 The system displays a list of all available sessions.

At the top of the screen, the total number of sessions is shown for quick reference.

2. Filtering Sessions

To quickly locate a specific session:

2.1 Tap Filter on the top-right side of the screen.

2.2 You can filter sessions based on the following criteria:

Ø Status

Ø Session Type

Ø Session Name

Ø Date
(Range: From–To)

2.3 Tap Apply to display sessions that match the selected filters. 

3. Viewing Session Details

3.1 Select any session from the list.

3.2 Below the session name, the number of registered attendees for that session is displayed.

4. Search Option

Within a selected session, you can search attendees using:

·       First Name

·       Confirmation Number

·       Email Address

4.1 Click the Search icon, then enter the attendee's name, confirmation number, or email address to locate a specific attendee.

4. 2 Attendee Actions

        I.            Tap on an attendee’s name to view their detailed information.

      II.            Select the checkbox next to one or more attendees.

    III.            Use Check-In All to check in all selected attendees simultaneously. 

5. Attendee Filters (Within a Session)

You can further refine the attendee list using filters such as:

Status                                                                                                  Badge Type

Ticket Name                                                                                 Organization

Job Title                                                                                               City

Date                                                                                                     State

5.1 Select any above-mentioned filter.

5.2 Tap Apply to activate the selected filters.


Info
You can filter results by date using Today, This Month, This Year, or by selecting a Custom Range.

6. Advanced Filter

For more precise filtering:

6.1 Tap Advanced Filter.

6.2 Define the filter using:

·       Field

·       Operator

·       Value

6.3 Save the filter.

6.4 Tap Apply to view the refined attendee list.

7. QR Code Scanning

7.1 At the top of the screen, a QR Code scanner is available.

7.2 Scan the attendee’s QR code to automatically retrieve their confirmation number and complete the check-in process quickly.
