Attendee List

The Attendee List provides a complete view of all registered attendees for the selected event and allows administrators and staff to manage check-in, badges, and attendee records efficiently.

1. Accessing the Attendee List

1.1 Tap Attendee List located at the bottom of the screen.


The system displays the total number of attendees registered for the event.


A list of attendees is shown along with key details such as confirmation number and check-in status.

 

2. Viewing Attendee Details

2.1 Tap on an attendee’s Name from the list.
The attendee profile opens, displaying detailed information.

2.2 Attendee Overview

The Overview section includes the following details:

First Name                                                            Last Name
Email                                                                       Employee ID
Organization                                                        Registration Code
Phone Number                                                   Street Address
City                                                                          State
Country                                                                  Check-In Date
Check-In Status                                                 Ticket Name

2.3 Actions Available in Overview

A. Badge Print

Select "Badge Print" to print the attendee’s badge.

Ensure the QR code is available with either the attendee or the admin before printing.

B. Check-In / Re-Check-In

·       Select Check-In if the attendee has not yet been checked in.

·       Select Re-Check-In if the attendee needs to be checked in again.

·       During the re-check-in, you have the option to reprint the attendee's badge by tapping on "Re-Check-In" followed by "Badge Print."

2.4 Badge Preview

Tap Badge Type to view the badge configuration assigned to the attendee.

2.5 Attendee History

Tap Attendee History to view a log of the attendee’s check-in, re-check-in, and badge activity.

Note: The section shows the activity history related to both the selected events and its sessions.

2.6 Session

Details of sessions that attendees have selected.

2.7 Guest Details

When a guest is added, their information is displayed in the Guest Details section. This section provides a complete view of the guest’s profile and check-in status.

The following details are available:

Info
Guest details are linked to the primary attendee and are updated in real time during check-in operations.
Notes
Note: Users can also add guest from this section. Please note that guest details entered here are not populated in the backend. This is real-time data, which allows badge printing for the guest.

2.8 QR Scan

Use QR Scan to scan the attendee’s QR code for quick identification and check-in.

2.9 Add Guest

Select Add Guest to add guest attendees associated with the primary attendee (if enabled).

3. View More Details

Tap View More to display additional attendee information, including:

·       Confirmation Number

·       Email

·       Check-In Date

·       Badge Type

4. Searching Attendees

The Search option allows users to quickly locate a specific attendee.

How to Search

4.1 Tap the Search icon.


4.2 Enter the attendee’s Name or Confirmation Number.

4.3 Matching records are displayed instantly.

 

5. Filtering Attendees

The Filter option helps narrow down the attendee list based on specific criteria.

5.1 Access Filters

Tap the Filter icon to view available filtering options.

5.2 Filter Options

A. Status

Filter attendees by check-in status:

·       Check-In

·       Re-Check-In

Select the desired status and tap Apply.

B. Badge Type

Filter attendees based on assigned badge types (for example, Default).

C. Session

Select one or more sessions.
Tap Apply to filter attendees registered for specific sessions.

D. Ticket Name

E. Organization

F. Job Title

G. City

H. State

Use these options to filter attendees based on registration and profile details.

I. Date

Filter attendees based on date:

·       Today

·       This Month

·       This Year

·       Date Range (select From and To dates)

6. Bulk Actions (Three-Dot Menu)

Tap the three dots at the top of the screen.

6.1 Available options:

·       Check-In

      Checks in all attendees in the current list.

·       Export
Exports the attendee list. 

7. Actions for Selected Attendees

When multiple attendees are selected:

7.1 Tap the three dots.
Choose one of the following actions:

·       Check-In

      Checks in all selected attendees at once.

·       Re-Check-In

      Re-checks in all selected attendees.

·       Undo

      Reverts the most recent check-in action.
      This option is available only when an attendee has already been checked in.

·       Export

      Export selected attendee records in one of the following formats:

a.      Excel

b.      CSV

After exportation the data can be directly sent to registered email address.

Tap the required format to download the attendee data.

Warning
Bulk actions should be used carefully during live check-in operations.

Filters and search can be combined to quickly locate specific attendees.
Exported files reflect the current filtered or selected attendee list.
