Check-In

The Check-In option allows authorized users (Admins or permitted staff) to mark attendees as checked in.

A. QR Code Check-In

The QR Code Check-In option allows you to quickly check in an attendee by scanning their unique QR code.

How to Use QR Code Check-In

        I.            Tap the QR Code option on the check-in screen.

      II.            Position the device camera over the attendee’s QR code.

    III.            Allow the scanner to read the code.

Once successfully scanned, the system will automatically retrieve the attendee’s details and complete the check-in process.

B. Manual Check-In

The Manual Check-In option allows you to check in an attendee without using the QR code scanner. This method is useful when an attendee cannot access their QR code or prefers a manual lookup.

How to Perform a Manual Check-In

        I.            Select Check in with Search

      II.            Enter any one of the following attendee details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Confirmation Number

    III.            After entering the required information, select Submit to proceed.

   IV.            If the details match a registered attendee, the system will display the attendee record and complete the check-in process.

Resetting the Form

If you need to clear the entered information:

Select Reset to remove all entered details and start again.

Notes
Note: Attendees can be checked using supported methods (QR scan or manual lookup, if enabled.
Once checked in, the attendee's status is updated in real time within the system.

C. Add Attendee/ Add Guest

Event admin can also:

        I.            Add New Attendee (for onsite registrations)

      II.            Add Guest (to register and check in a guest)

These options provide flexibility for managing walk-ins or last-minute additions during the event.
