How to Create Report Type for Custom Registrant Fields

Step 1: Go to Setup Menu

  • Click on the Gear Icon and click on Setup





Step 2: Search Report Types

  • Search for Report Types in the Quick find box.





Step 3: Create Report Types

  • Click on the New Custom Report Type Button




  • Please select the Event Registrant as Primary Object.





  • Click on the Save Button.





Step 4: Add “Custom Form Fields”

  • Click on “Edit Layout”





  • Add the required “Form Fields” and click Save.





Please Note - Everytime you Add a New Custom Form Field for the Event Registration, you need to Update the Report Type also.
